정관목적.

유엔세계재활기구 산하 세계지구환경에너지복원연맹(WFE3R_World Federation of Earth Environment and Energy Restored.)에서는 인류의 세계평화와 세계인권의 뿌리인 인간존엄성을 위하여, [세계장애인인권선언]을 기초한 유엔세계재활기구(U.N. WRO)가 2014년 69차 유엔총회에서 유엔 산하 기구로 최종 가결안이 통과되는 것을 최우선 한다. 이와 함께 유엔이 추구하는 “기후변화에 관한 유엔 기본협약 (UNFCCC_United Nations Convention on Climate Change)“ 등을 준수하며, 그 외, 지구환경과 연계된 우주공간 블랙홀 변화의 예측과 지구환경에너지 복원에 따른 지구재난방지를 위한 예방적 조치의 시행과 관련하여, ”우주공간에너지가 지구환경에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구“에 대해 유엔 및 세계 각국에 세계정책 및 계획을 발표하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 그와 관련된 세계 각국과 연대하여 국제화환경포럼 운동을 통해 지구환경에너지복원에 인류애의 정의를 구현한다.

Constitutional purposes.

Under the United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization World Federation of Earth Environment and Energy restored (WFE3R_World Federation of Earth Environment and Energy Restored.)
